- Admissions & Eligibility
What is the minimum age to apply?
The minimum age for admission to RC Kids Academy is 2.5 years (30 months). Children must have completed 2.5 years as of June 1st of the academic year to be eligible for the Playgroup program.
What is the age eligibility for each program?
Playgroup: 2.5+ years, Nursery: 3–4 years, Junior KG: 4–5 years, Senior KG: 5–6 years. Age cut-offs are calculated as of June 1st of the academic year.
What documents are required for admission?
You will need: (1) Child's Birth Certificate (original + photocopy), (2) 4 Passport Size Photographs of the child, (3) Parent/Guardian Photo ID Proof, (4) Address Proof (Aadhar/Electricity Bill/Rental Agreement).

What do kids learn at RC Kids Academy?
Children learn alphabet recognition, number recognition (1–100+), basic phonics, pattern recognition, social skills, art & craft, storytelling, basic math concepts, and life skills — all through a mix of structured lessons and play-based activities.
Is there a structured daily schedule?
Yes! We follow a well-structured daily timetable that includes morning assembly, learning sessions (English, Math, EVS), creative activities, outdoor play, and story time. The schedule ensures a healthy balance of academics and fun.
What teaching method do you use?
We use a child-centric, play-based learning approach combined with structured academic sessions. Our methods include activity-based learning, multi-sensory experiences, storytelling, music, and hands-on projects.
How do you assess children's progress?
We use observation-based assessment for younger children and periodic evaluations for Senior KG. Parents receive monthly progress updates, and we conduct parent-teacher meetings every term to discuss individual progress.
Do you prepare children for Grade 1?
Yes, absolutely. Our Senior KG program is specifically designed to ensure Grade 1 readiness — with sentence formation, basic arithmetic, reading fluency, and confidence-building activities.

What are the school timings?
Our general school hours are 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Specific timings may vary slightly by program. Please confirm with our office for the current academic year schedule.
Is there a pick-up and drop service?

What is the school calendar?
We follow the Gujarat State academic calendar. The school year generally begins in June and ends in March, with breaks for major festivals and holidays. A detailed calendar is shared at the beginning of each academic year.
- Teachers & Safety
Are the teachers experienced?
Yes! All our teachers are specifically trained for early childhood education and kindergarten teaching. They have experience in child development, classroom management, and activity-based learning for children aged 2.5–6 years.
What is the teacher-to-student ratio?
We maintain a maximum 1:10 teacher-to-student ratio to ensure personalized attention for every child. Each classroom has a lead teacher and a teaching assistant.
What safety measures are in place?
We have CCTV cameras throughout the premises, secure entry and exit points, child-proof classrooms, trained first-aid staff, and a strict policy that no unauthorized person can access the school. Safety of your child is our top priority.
What happens if my child is unwell?
If a child becomes unwell during school hours, parents/guardians are immediately notified. We have a first-aid kit and a quiet rest area. We strongly advise not sending children to school if they have fever, cold, or any contagious illness.
